
This week we have a curry from Britain, Chicken Tikka Masala.
The curry is somewhat disputedly from Britain however, with some sources saying it is from India. It’s even disputed as to where in Britain it originates, with claims coming in from Glasgow and Birmingham.
There is no denying that it is Britain’s Favourite Curry though and we will be trying our best to do it justice. The curry will be served with basmati rice and naan bread. An optional side dish of Bombay Aloo will also be available.
