    The recipes have arrived from the States, courtesy of Lamont’s mom, Nancy. We’ve got Potato Salad, Mississippi Mud Pie and Apple Pie to accompany our barbeque. It’s shaping up to be an authentic American affair.

    After a successful curry night last night we’re looking forward to next week. Monday June 21st brings us the turn of Caribbean curry. Whilst we toyed with the idea of curried goat, a caribbean classic, we’ve settled on Chicken. Expect a tropical taste sensation!
