The Sausage Festival features a variety of locally prodcued Sausages from local Butchers in the St Albans area.<\/p>\n<p>Served as a selection platter with Homemade Chutney, Mustard &amp; Crusty Bread, there will be the opportunity to vote for your favourite Sausage which will then appear on our Menu!<\/p>\n<p>To accomoany the Sausages we will be sourcing some excellent Real Ales to compliment the the classic British Banger!<\/p>\n<p>The Sausage Festival will run from Monday 3rd October to Friday 7th October and will be available on our lunchtime and evening menu, excluding Friday night.<\/p>\n<p>I will announce the Sausages list closer to the date so check back for more details.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As part of the St Albans Food &amp; Drink Festival we at the WHT will be hosting our 2nd Sausage Festival.
