{"id":772,"date":"2011-01-26T19:59:07","date_gmt":"2011-01-26T18:59:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.whiteharttap.co.uk\/?p=772"},"modified":"2011-01-26T19:59:07","modified_gmt":"2011-01-26T18:59:07","slug":"sausage-festival","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.whiteharttap.co.uk\/?p=772","title":{"rendered":"Sausage Festival"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.whiteharttap.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/sausage1.bmp\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-773\" title=\"sausage\" src=\"http:\/\/www.whiteharttap.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/sausage1.bmp\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a>The WHT Sausage Festival starts this Monday 31st January and I am pleased to announce which Butchers and which sausages will be part of the festival.<\/p>\n<p>From A&amp;C Meats we have Curried Pork, Toulouse &amp; Wild Boar and Apple<\/p>\n<p>From Bok &amp; Rose we have Beef Boerwors.<\/p>\n<p>From Ellis Butchers we have Ye Olde Suffolk<\/p>\n<p>From Hedges Farm we have Pork &amp; Guinness, Pork &amp; Apple, Pork &amp; Chilli &amp; Traditional Pork<\/p>\n<p>From J.T.B. we have Sandridgebury Farm Pork, Venison and Red Wine, Pheasant and Pear &amp; Cumberland<\/p>\n<p>From Willows Farm we have Willow Pork &amp; Lamb, Mint and Rosemary<\/p>\n<p>Also we have our very own WHT Sausage being made for the festival by A &amp; C Meats &#8211;\u00a0 Pork &amp; Pale, which includes Harvest Pale Ale as an ingredient!<\/p>\n<p>You will have the opportunity to vote for your favourite sausage with all votes being counted and the Top Sausage being revealed on Saturday 5th February.<\/p>\n<p>The Festival will run from Monday 31st January until Saturday 5th February.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The WHT Sausage Festival starts this Monday 31st January and I am pleased to announce which Butchers and which sausages will be part of the festival.
