Tonight’s curry is Chicken Bhuna. A curry originating from India, bhuna is a medium spiced curry with green chillies and green peppers. A side dish of Onion Bhaji’s served with Mint Yoghurt Dip will also be available.

This Monday’s curry is Makhan Chicken. This dish originates from India and is pieces of Tandoori Chicken in a delectable creamy sauce. The dish will be served with Basmati Rice and Naan Bread.

This Monday’s curry, on the 9th August, will be Lamb Shaslik. Shaslik is originally a Russian dish and means skewered meat. This dish uses Indian spicing then the meat is skewered and grilled on the skewer. The Lamb will be served over a bed of spiced rice.

Tomorrow nights curry is Brazilian Chicken. Granted not a country renowned for their curries but due to foreign influences from the Far East they have developed a taste for the spicy cuisine. The curry is mild to medium on the spice scale and will be served with coriander rice.
