The WHT has many friends from across The Pond, so for the 2nd year in a row we will staging an Independence Day Party.
In true American style this year will be bigger and better than last!
There will be:
A Charity Music Festival in the Garden in aid of Groves house
An American Lager and Micro Brew Festival
An All American BBQ with Ribs and Steaks and ‘Slaw to name but a few things..
The big event will be on All Day on Saturday 2nd July to maximise the Independence Day celebrations
Independence Day is almost upon us and we are all geared up for an all American extravaganza.
We have a American BBQ feast, live music from “The Frogs” & to finish off the evening with a bang we have fireworks.
The fun starts from 5pm, don’t miss out!
The recipes have arrived from the States, courtesy of Lamont’s mom, Nancy. We’ve got Potato Salad, Mississippi Mud Pie and Apple Pie to accompany our barbeque.
It’s shaping up to be an authentic American affair.
The White Hart Tap will be joining our American cousins in celebrating American Independence Day on Sunday 4th July.
Our new American barman and his cousin, a tap regular, have joined the organising committee to ensure it is an authentic American affair.
