Made to a traditional Chinese recipe the curry contains a mix of Indian spices mixed with East Asian flavours.

Next Monday’s (4th April) curry will be Dopiaza, an Indian curry which literally means 2 onions as onions are added at two stages of the cooking process.
The curry will be available either with lamb, chicken, prawn or a vegetable option.
Other dishes will also be available on the night if you don’t fancy a curry.
