Bunny ChowBunny Chow is a slang term for a South African street snack consisting of hollowed out bread filled with curry.

The bunny chow was created in Durban during the 1940’s which was home to a large community of people of Indian origin.

Our South African chef, Dominique, will be doing a WHT version consisting of minced lamb served in a crusty roll and the curry will be served with traditional South African Sambals.
