Curry Night

Tomorrow nights curry is Brazilian Chicken. Granted not a country renowned for their curries but due to foreign influences from the Far East they have developed a taste for the spicy cuisine. The curry is mild to medium on the spice scale and will be served with coriander rice.

This weeks curry is Sarson Machhi. This curry originates from the Punjab in Northern India and is a fish curry with a prodominent mustard flavour running through it. The curry will be served with boiled rice and naan bread. A side dish of poppadums and chutneys will also be available.

After a successful curry night last night we’re looking forward to next week. Monday June 21st brings us the turn of Caribbean curry. Whilst we toyed with the idea of curried goat, a caribbean classic, we’ve settled on Chicken. Expect a tropical taste sensation!
